Workflow information seems a mess in jira.

Hi,

i am not getting the workflow management worked as it should be.

In workflows in jira settings i see that a workflow is assigned to a project,

but when in the projectsettings it is a different workflow that is assigned.

So i can't remove the "unused" workflow.

What am i doing wrong here ? it seems i get different information in different screens.

maybe share screenshots of what you are seeing. In Project settings > workflow that should illustrate all workflows for the project. You should not see a discrepancy in the Jira settings > workflows area. BTW, you delete workflows only when they are under the Inactive section at the bottom of the Jira settings > workflows area. If the workflow you want to delete is in the active area you cannot delete.
