×i've setup workflow correctly but i have one more issue,
Workflow starts with the request received then next step is to request in progress,
the problem is customers can see tickets as open only when they are on request received status and when we move the status it changes to closed,

Are you talking about Jira service desk? you mean customers can see the open status on the portal?
if so then you need to map/customize the workflow status for request type.
