Workflow will not publish

Hello,

I have a draft workflow that will not publish.

I have tried to discard the draft and re-edited it.  Any edits from 1 edit to 10 still will not allow me to save the draft workflow.

I tried to save a copy when publishing, and it still wont publish.

Also the draft will not allow me to create a transition from and to the same status.  Not sure what is going on.

Using JIRA 6.2.4

You should check the log file for errors, it should give you a hint.
