I've been asked to report on how long our users spend in our various Atlassian tools. How would I go about gathering that information?

I would enable all the logs for a few days and see what you can piece together. Just be aware, I would not be surprised if most sessions are timed out verses the user actually logging off.

For example, Jira has an http access log that might be more accurate in gauging the length of time.
