Wrong notice type sent staff on JSM project

Hey Jira People,

This is a weird one and before I open a ticket I thought to ask and perhaps help someone in the future. We run a mix of projects including many Jira Service Management in addition to some Jira Software, on Data Center.

My staff always receive Jira Software (Core) notifications for all updates, except on one project where it sends JSM notices. They all use the same notification scheme and I've checked every setting I can think of.

Something is wrong with just the one project.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi @Robert Leachman 

 

The configuration is in the Customer Notification in the JSM project. They are probably considered as customer and receive the notification.
