Zephyr Search all Test Executions - Filter by FixVersion NOT released

Hi,  I would lik to create a ZQL within JIRA with the Gadget "Free form ZQL"

Target:

Search all Zephyr Test Excecution, which are not resolved and the fixVersion is not released

The main problem ist "fixVersion not released". I don't find a solution.

I want the filter has to be dynamic, means i want to avoid any manual adjustment after each Release => fixVersion IN (release1, release2)  -> it should be somit like fixVersion NOT released

Appreciate help and sample ZQL.
