Zephyr - Viewing Test Executions for closed issues

  When we try to view test executions for a closed test issue type we get redirected to a page in JIRA that tells us the Execution is Invalid.

  Has anyone experienced this issue before?   

  We are running JIRA  v6.0.4#6100 and Zephyr for JIRA - 2.5.1.25101747.

Hello RdotLee,

As per your description it seems the indexes are not updated, the error "Execution is Invalid" occurs only when the particular execution has been deleted from the cycle it is associated with. Once an Execution is deleted form the cycle or the cycle containing it is deleted it will disappear from the testcase to which it belongs to. If you still view those deleted execution or facing invalid execution issue a re-index will fix this.

Please perform Zephyr for JIRA re-index and check if the issue persists.

Re-indexing Zephyr for JIRA:

1. Login as a user with 'JIRA Administrators' global permission.
2.Choose Administration > Add-ons
3.Select ZEPHYR FOR JIRA > General Configuration on the left pane to open the Configuration Pane.
4.Click on the Re-Index and wait till the Re-Indexing is successful.

Even I was facing the same problem but after re-indexing it fixed the problem. Thanks!
