a javascript warning when access the jira website

i encountered the following warning when visit jira, which lead the dashboards can not display.

Warning: either you have JavaScript disabled or your browser does not support JavaScript. To work properly, this page requires JavaScript to be enabled.

however, if i use localhost:port to visit the jira, the dashboards display correctly.

it's a internet browser issue.

for ie8, enter internet options->security, lower the security level or add your trusted site.

java script would be loaded after that.
