cannot create a SOP issue for a particular project

i cannot create a SOP issue for a particular project only. Every other project is working as expected. Also it is working for CR and TR. Also when I do a POST Request for the issue i am able to create it if that post request is made via POSTMAN.

You have not told us what SOP, CR or TR are, what error message you are getting or anything else that might inform us as to what the problem is.

Please could you explain what the problem actually looks like?

I figured it out. It was something to do with the internal settings of the company
