Similar to the issue in

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Custom-REST-endpoint-not-showing-up-in-JIRA-REST-Browser/qaq-p/520262

but since the question appears to be frozen, decided to raise a new question.

2 plugins with rest endpoint declaration

  • plugin A's REST endpoint shows ok
  • plugin B's REST endpoint cannot be found.

format of both rest statement

<rest key="B-rest-end-point" path="/pluginB" version="1.0">
<description>The rest endpoint are used by plugin B</description>
<package>com.plugin.b.rest</package>
</rest>

The instances used in the REST resources in the package are qualified and declared earlier in the atlassian-plugin.xml file and was previously working

JIRA version : jira server 6.4.13
