disable watchers from my project

How can I disable watchers functionality from certain project on my JIRA instance?

Actually I dont want to see watchers field on my issue screen, This should be only for one projct

I addition you can remove "View Voters and Watcher"and "Manage Watcher" permission for all users/groups. But that will not remove that field.

You can allow watcher functionality only globally. However you could change your notification scheme in that way that watchers will not be notified.
