I merged 2 instances of JIRA into one and I lost all my document stored in the document vault.

After looking at the attachments folder I realized that the "document vault" was not moved. Then I moved it manually to the new JIRA.

Unfortunately, it did fix my issue. Even if the folder is there, the document are not displayed in the ticket.

What should I do  ?

It sounds like your "merge" neglected to deal with the "attachments" table.  You'll need to rebuild that table.

How did you do this merge?
