help with insight automation using placeholder

Hello,

need help with an insight automation using placeholder (I'm a JIRA rookie :) )

This is my problem:

I have a object table with objects where attribute name are people. Ex : Attribute name = John Smith.

I have an other attribute in the same table : "Related manager"

I have an other attribute in the same table : "RelatedManagerText"

the attribute "Related manager" is a object attribute pointing to the same table

The attribute "Related manager" is empty and the attribute "RelatedManagerText" is fill for all objects.

I would like to create an insight automation who take the name of "RelatedManagerText" and match with the name of the same object in the table and fill the attribute "Related Manager".

I've use different syntax to do this but always unsuccess :(

Someone can help me with this and tell me what kind of placeholder I've to use?
