Hi Team,
In the server Hosted, we can get the system info under system<< System Support<< System Info.
Where as, these options are not available in Atlassian cloud instance. I need the help to find out the system information of the Atlassian cloud instance.
Thanks,
Chandra.
It was removed as part of the "it's Cloud, let's simplify it". The theory is that you don't need the system information at all, which is partly true (it's a managed service, you are paying someone so you don't have to care about most of the information on that page)
There are still some things that can be useful though. What information are you actually looking for?
Regarding supporting a merge of two jira instances, It will be essential for me to understand the source Atlassian instance before we can determine the scope of support.

The system information page is not going to tell you much you need to know about a merge. You need to be looking at what project(s) the users want to merge, where they are going and what the user base is, none of which is on the system information page.

Yes, it's been removed, apparently, you don't need it any more on Cloud. For more details see The-System-Information-page-is-no-longer-visible-in-Cloud.
