Hi guys!

If you want to change the date format on your exports, you should go to the Look and Feel section on the Jira administration, inside the System part.

There, at the page's bottom, you can find some options to change the date format. I've tested the Created and Due Date fields changing the Complete Date/Time Format option and my exports are managing that dates according to this.

Perhaps, if you're using other particular fields provided by some Apps, it would be renderer on different ways on the exports, you should review the App documentation on that case.

If you go into Jira Administration > Issues > Time tracking, which format is set in "Time estimates will be displayed in the following format:"? I believe in your case, it should be set as "pretty (e.g. 4 days, 4 hours, 30 minutes)".

Also, which date field are you trying to export to excel? Depending on the case, the field itself could not be saving the time or your user could not be putting in the specific time.

its shown is grid. but when i am exporting data , its not shown in downloaded csv/excel
