Hello Team,
If you're using JIRA 7, navigate through: JIRA Administration > Applications and install it using your key (In case if you don't have one, go ahead and generate an evaluation at https://my.atlassian.com)
If you're using JIRA 6.4 or earlier, download the latest Service Desk according to your JIRA version in the following link and manually upload in your Manage Add-ons page (JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage Add-ons > Upload add-on)
