Access issue

i am not able to login to the Jira portal  via: Dina.farahat@vodafone.com

i am getting this error message: 

SAML Single Sign On Failed

although i can login to the Confluence

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You should contact your Jira admins at Vodafone and they should be able to help you. Atlassian Community is mainly made up of customers using Atlassian's tools and we do not have access to customer instances.
