hello there,
we trying to understand why, if we have a user who has two or more two subtasks assigned - the second and all subsequent sub-tasks do not show in a filter.
When we click on the system filter "Assigned to me" it does not show either.
If we create a Filter as such
project = "Projectname" and status in (Approved) and "Groupname" = "certaingroup" and assignee = username
it does NOT work - BUT,
if we do the Filter
project = "Projectname" and status in (Approved) and "Groupname" = "certaingroup" and assignee != username
then it DOES work -
basically searching for all subtasks where the user is not equal to the user we are looking for - then it works - this is bizarre and very contradictory
can you please advise how to get it working
cheers
werner
Are you sure that the Assignee for both issues are the exact same username?

we can actually replicate this for several usernames! so I am 100% sure , because I checked and two other people have double checked this and get the same result - we all cannot produce a filter which can show us the desired result.
