import project from an instance JIRA whit different version

I want to know what modification I should make in the project file that is exported from Jira Ex version: from 7.5 to 7.9. This in order to not have that need for instance update.

I'm afraid it's not a simple minor change to a file.  You'll need to rewrite a whole load of stuff in it, and check all the add-ons AO data as well.  Miss one thing, and you won't be able to import, and will have to re-evaluate.

I would strongly recommend upgrading, as per docs.
