Is it possible to see list isuues like in emails?:
issues like mails - flag (f.e. "new comment comes" or bold) when new comment comes, and another flag (f.e. "have read" when issue opened by agent)
To set flag when new comment arrive is simple by automation. but how to set flag back when agent open (to view) issue? like in emails when user open (to see) mail it changes from bold to not bold.

You may be able to achieve this with changes to the code or with an add-on. For JIRA Server there is an add-on called Unread Issues for Jira. Highlight issues.
In addition, take a look at Jack's answer from the post titled I would like updated tickets in Jira TSD the become bold when a user updates them. He provides a solution that may help in your situation as well.
