If we have a User Story with Two Tasks, it is possible for one Task to go to Release while the other task is still open and will go in the next Release/? This is in a Kanban board. So it's possible for one User Story to have tasks for two releases?

Do you mean that the two tasks are subtasks of the User Story? I just checked it on Cloud. There is nothing wrong with it. You can release only one subtask for a User Story and all other subtasks will stay on the kanban board.

I mean you can release the two subtasks in different releases.
