Hi,
We upgraded Confluence to v6.0.5 and suddendly the link to JIRA v7.1.0 doesn't work anymore.
I can link Confluence pages into JIRA but when I try to find a JIRA issue from Confluence (insert JIRA Issue/Filter) there is this message: "Login & Approve to retrieve data from OELG JIRA".
Authentication failed! An error occurred while trying to obtain an access token. For application link "OELG JIRA https://jira.xyz:8080 jira"
OAuth Problem Details
Failed to get token from service provider. Response status code is '403'
On the administration page at the application links page there is a network error:
Unexpected response
We received an unexpected response from OELG JIRA. If the remote application is behind a proxy, check that the application is operational. Troubleshoot this for other possible causes.
403: Forbidden
To see the full response content look at your application logs.
There is nothing related to this issue in the logfile.
Please support. Many thanks!
Best regards,
Loredana
Hi,
We had to change our proxy settings in the setenv.sh and then it worked.
Example:
CATALINA_OPTS="$CATALINA_OPTS -Dhttps.proxyHost=proxy.xyz.at -Dhttps.proxyPort=480 -Dhttps.nonProxyHosts=jira.xyz.at -Dhttp.nonProxyHosts=jira.xyz.at"
Many thanks!
BR,
Loredana
