jira menu on top

Hi, does anyone know how to put the menu from left to top ?

i find some posts, but its very confusing as some point to older versions of jira.

@Kurt Callebaut , you could only do this by changing the underlying code. there is no configuration option. If you are on Cloud you couldn't change the code as you don't have access to do so. On server, while you could I wouldn't advise. Feel free to share the posts you refer to and maybe I, or others, could comment on them.

Just to be clear, at the present time, bar on the left is Cloud and bar on the top is Server (or Data Centre).  It's been that way for a while, and is expected to be that way for a long time. 

Cloud does not have any code left in it for bar at the top, and Server does not have any for bar on the left - the products are now very diverged.
