hello friends...my jira account is for 5 years ago and I have not logged in to my account since 5 years ago...Is there any way to access my account ?my account is disabled? also I forgot my username and password

You have indicated you are on Server. Assuming that is accurate then you should reach out to your Administrator to see if your account is active and if so password reset. If you were actually using Cloud and were the only user resulting in an idle account for 5 yr the I’m quite sure Atlassian has removed it.
thanks @Jack Brickey i am sure that i am using jira server and i am the adminstrator of jira but i did not receive the password recovery email...is it possible that my account has been deteted or deactvated? is there another way to access my account? thanks for your help

The only option is to contact the admin. Start with your IT group if the admin is unknown.
