make a comment visible by a user of my choice

How can i share a comment with users of my choice ?

in the list i find ( All users , devellopers , users )

you (the user editing the comment), must belong to that role in order to change it's visibility to that role.

i discover that if i want this role to be active i have to put it all the projects :/ we have actually 820 so wish me a good luck :)

Scripting is the path, unless you want to visit each of the 800+ projects :)

i don't have the ability to script :s so i'm gonna do it myself and manually

what should i do to have this role in the selected list ?
