Hi,
i've setup a bidirectional connection between jira cloud and onprem crucible/fisheye. Both sides show connected in the "application links" page. But the buttons to create a jira issue from crucible or to create a crucible review from a jira issue, both are missing. I contacted atlassian, but no progress and communication at atlassian side has stalled.
Anyone any idea how we can fix this ? is it another setting ?
(version control is SVN.)
