need mysql querys for my jira clean up activity

Hi team, we 300 projects in jira we wants to migrate new version present v7.11 but we have lots of inactive issue type scheme, fields scheme, workflow scheme, permission scheme,notification schemes so i do not want these please share me the mysql querys Asap

Hi @Mahendar !  Not sure what your policy is for using and testing add-ons but where I'm working now, we've found tremendous value in the Cleaner for Jira add-on.  It handles the heavy-lifting of identifying unused items and can then remove them with the click of a button. Cheers!

@Mahendar , are you trying to just delete them from the DB?  If so, I wouldn't recommend that.  It could cause many other problems.  If you're looking to do a clean-up, try deleting the projects you don't need anymore (archive them first just in case) this will then show you all the Schemes that are not longer being used by a project.  Delete those. Once those are gone, you will be able to easily see the screens & workflows that are no longer being used. Delete those. Finally, check your workflow statuses, and remove the ones that are now not being used. Hope this helps a bit. -pjd
