pass srartDate to worklog doalog

Is there any way to pass startDate to worklog dialog by url in jira ?

for example like this url:

CreateWorklog!default.jspa?id=issueId&decorator=dialog&inline=true&timeLogged=2h&startTime=sth

it seems I have to extend createworklog action :)
