primary and secondary screens

I want to convert my screen to have fields that appear all the time and other fields that only appear when you click on a "show more" link.  How do I do this?

JIRA do not have such 'Show more' option but the 'tab' in screens is designed for this purpose to show important fields in the primary tab and other fields in the secondary tab of the same screen.
