"Adjust Automatically" time tracking disable

Hi! Is it possible to disable the "Adjust Automatically" option of time tracking for issues? We want the user to be forced to think about remaining time and enter it. Too many folks tell Jira to automatically calculate remaining time; not thinking what is actually remaining. We want to only allow two options for "remaining time" when logging time against a sub-task: a) manual entry of a new value for "remaining time", or b) affirmation of "no change" to remaining time. Is that possible?

You will have to modify the underlying to velocity template to hide that option. Or maybe hide it using a javascript on the page!
