"The server at <ip> is taking too long to respond" error

Hi,

I have just installed a jira software 7.4.4 and when trying to access via browser, I am getting "The server at <ip> is taking too long to respond" error.

 

Can you please help me here?

http://<ip>:8080/

Alok,

I would suggest supplying or looking at the output of the log file to see if an error is occuring.
