risk probability field status is not changing when issue position is changed in risk matrix....why?

field statuses before==

risk probability= low

risk consequences= high

field statuses After==

risk probability= medium

risk consequences= severe

If I am making these positional changes for issue in risk matrix.......then these changes should reflect in jira for risk probability & risk consequences fields........right?

But changes for risk Probability field is not reflecting in jira..........In screen both fields are added as custom fields.

@Pratiksha Ananta Kumbharkar , are these fields associated with an addon or custom fields? These are not default fields in Jira so I’m unsure how to assist as yet. It is unclear to me what your question is TBH.

When we put issue from one place to another in risk matrix in big picture the values for risk probability and risk consequences should change according to matrix position.......right?

But the risk probability status is not changing.....why?

sorry, i can't assist w/ this as i cannot follow you  here. i suspect you are using some addon but not sure.
