we had an eval license on our dev JIRA server and then it expired. Then we bought a SR license. I tried to apply a dev license generated from my.atlassian.com but it does not get applied. The "license status" says "incompatible with product license (wrong type".
Our dev server is a valid JIRA Software (Server) 2000 Users: Commercial License and we bought a 2000-user SR
on our "production" server, application of the normal (non-dev) license was successful.
our JIRA ver is 6.4.11 and we bought SR ver 4.1.3.24
