Hi there,
We use custom fields to record time and means consumption, say TEC-CONS (technical consultant), ANA-PROG (analyst programmer), PRO-MAN (project manager) and so on. The custom fields are of course number ones with two decimals. When SUMUP calculates large issue numbers the totals are entirely wrong (some thousand man-days instead of 50-100 ones.
Can you help pls?
rgds
Hey Antonis Kyriazis,
we have a new version released V1.0.1, you can update your version, and in the sumup configuration you can choose non indexed value, to get the right values. This should work for you, if not please tell us.
Cheers
Benjamin

Hey rgds, can you make a non critical data-leaking screenshot? Are you using normal custom fields from type number field? Can you tell me something about your enviroment? (JIRA version, database, SumUp version) Cheers Benjamin
