Hi Team, I have a question. We use Jira server. Some users complained "People use the @User syntax in Jira a lot more recently. One annoying aspect of this to me is that it messes up conversations in email clients i.e. messages grouped by Subject. it just doesn't get grouped with all the other messages. It's really annoying when I'm trying to see updates and cleanup updates."
I want to keep current "mentioned" subject line "[JIRA Studio] xxx mentioned you on <ticket -###>(Jira)" when @User mentioned in jira ticket comments for some users. And trigger one more email with normal subject line "[JIRA Studio] (ticket-####) <ticket subject>" for users to receive the same subject email as the assignee/watcher email so that users can group emails. Is it possible?
Thanks
Jenny
