user picker (multiple users) find by properties

Hi!

Is there a way to create a custom field that allows you to search for a user by properties. For example, by position that was previously added to the user profile?

Currently, by default, you can select a user by login or full name.

The user pickers work in a set way (name, email, username).

To include properties it would have to be a custom made custom field type, provided by a plugin.
