Can we create relation between the fields and there values in cloud jira.

ex:- 

• test
• verify
• resolve
  if I select test field and value then the verify and resolve fields values need to prefill there values automatically.

If there is any option like that please suggest us

we are using plugin to import project to local jira but here those field and relations are not getting so after import we are trying to create relation between there fields so is there any option please suggest...….

One way it is use something plugin e.g. 'automation' or 'scriptrunner'.
