We are going through our tests, we will need a one time account username/password to establish link to JIRA, please can you provide this

We're not the administrators of any system you will be testing against.

You need to ask the admins of the target Jira Cloud system that you want to test against, get them to give you an account to test with (there's no such thing as a "one time account username/password", it's just an account you will use)
