I want to change the project work flow but, I get this error:
You cannot change the association between step '12' and status 'UAT TEST'.
There are several reasons you may get this error message, but the most common one happens in smaller well-maintained Jira systems that have complex workflows.
Imagine you have a system with 12 status in use in several workflows. If your current workflow is using all 12 of those status already, then you will get this message when you try to change one of the steps to use another status - you can't do it because there is no status you can change it to. You've run out. A workflow can only use each status once (it's nonsense to have the same status twice in a workflow - if you could do that, it's no longer a workflow)
you know I just have one project, which is have one workflow. I don't think this workflow use for other projects too.

That's fine, but I suspect it confirms my initial guess - you haven't got any unused status to swap the step over to!

Hi Neda,
Try to make a copy of your workflow and then in the interactive workflows edit your copy once you have it the way you want go back to your project workflows and associate your new workflow to your desire is she types. See if that can work for you
