The Federal Delivery Leader role will work within the Professional Services department helping to drive all Federal business and revenue. The Federal Delivery Leader will work with a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure milestones are being achieved, revenue goals for projects are defined and met, and resources are allocated according to projects which are starting, in progress, or offboarding. This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

• Actively drives business in Federal projects, including forming and building relationships with existing and new clients.
• Provides World Class Customer experience, distributes and manages NPS.
• Communicates across Federal projects to ensure milestones and financial objectives are met.
• Builds revenue and resource allocation reports, communicates reports to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Accesses and reviews CPARs to determine areas of improvement for Federal projects.
• Builds a Case study and Reference Library using Confluence.
• Ensures P&L objectives are met using Jira and other tools as directed.
• Building a positive and engaged Consulting team.
• Coordinate with Account Executives (AE’s) to determine new projects starting and understand / agree upon timeframes.
• Responsible for delivery of client services and support.

Qualifications: 

• TS / SCI government clearance is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management, CS, MIS, or related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in management is preferred.
• Strong experience with financial forecasting and portfolio management is required.
• Experience implementing the Atlassian Tools across multiple environments, including Cloud Migrations and ESM / ITSM implementations is preferred.
• Strong experience working across Federal accounts is required.
• Ability to drive business and revenue across multiple projects is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and process implementation skills
