Transcripts, uploading, load time

The quality of the business subscription for the Loom product in comparison to the Rewatch functionality it was meant to "reflect" is so substandard everyone involved should be ashamed.

Transcripts not loading, not copyable or downloadable

Uploading taking a ridiculous amount of time (I'm running fibre internet on an m4 mac with 32GB ram, so don't blame it on me)

Load time of videos is just so slow ...

Shame. You eat a very good viable product and turn it into junk.
