Accessing SVN web console without admin priviliges

I need my users to be able to access the SVN web console without requiring JIRA administrative priviliges. Currently non admin users are getting denied access even though they have permissions to view source control. Is this a known issue and something that can be addressed in a future update?

Fixed in the 3.1.8 version!
