Add JIRA commenter usernames and time stamps to Salesforce during comment sync on comments

There appears to be new functionality to add the Salesforce username and timestamp to JIRA comments that get synced but how do I add the JIRA username and timestamp to comments synced to Salesforce?

This is very important for us.
