Adding attachment to Issue Collector disables submitting the form in IE8

I embedded the issue collector on our Sharepoint website. The issue collector works fine for me in Chrome and Firefox, however, when I add an attachment to the custom form we created for the issue collector in IE8 it disables the "submit" button even though all other required fields are filled out.

Attachments is NOT a required field. The form submits as intended in IE8 when no attachments are added.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, do you know how to fix it?

I noticed that it has been a while since you received any response to the question that you have here. I would suggest you to try to get in touch with the support engineers by raising a ticket in https://support.atlassian.com/ and get the assistance from their side.
