Agile Cards problems with the licensing and activation

Hello,

I have a problem with activating and licensing the plug in agile cards.

We have bought a 500 user license and i have installed and activated the plug in in the latest version 2.1.3 over the market place.

The license ist active and okay in the plug in marketplace tab.

Plugin-Schlüssel:com.spartez.scrumprint.scrumplugin <dl><dt>Verfügbare Plugin-Version:</dt><dd></dd><dt>Version des Plugin-Systems:</dt><dd></dd><dt>Lizenz:</dt><dd></dd></dl>

But when I try to konfigure the plug in and go to the agile cards licensing it tells me the following message:

What can I do to get the plug in running!?

Umberto,

I have made some tests with Agile Cards plugin and if you buy it from Marketplace there is no need to apply any license on the Agile Cards License Settings screen. You will be able to use the plugin properly.

For future reference - Agile Cards license are now handled solely by Atlassian, so Atlassian Marketplace license is the only license that user have to get.

The plugin works fine,. withot a valid license under the agile card license screen.
