An internal server error occured when requesting resource while using barcharts for JIRA

We recently upgraded to 7.13 and since the upgrade we are unable to use the barcharts for JIRA add-on as we get "an internal server error occurred when requesting resource". I uninstall the add-on, reinstalled the add-on and upgrade the add-on the 3.4 but still getting an error. Can anyone help with this?
