Answers sending unwanted email notifications

Yesterday I posted a question to "Answers".  It looks like at the same time I opted to get all answers in the world sent to me by email.  Now I cant find how to stop that notifications. Anyone?

Thanks Udo. Still I can‘t find where to Unwatch the four topics. I believe it helps accepting my own answer – or convert it to a comment?

Click on topics (just above your question), search the four topics and click "unwatch"
