Are there ways to apply multiple signatures within confluence page?

We have a recurring project (user access authorizations) where multiple different people would need to sign a document to approve user access to other systems. When the project repeats, different people would need to sign the same document. Currently, this is managed in hardcopy. I'm wondering if there's one or more features/plugins that would let us perform this project in confluence. The key would be letting users apply a signature multiple times in one confluence page.
