Quiero crear un automatismo con automation for jira que me permita asignar incidencias a un agente de Jira Service Desk basándose en el informador de la issue.

Hi Jennifer,

 

What you have there is nearly correct. You need to change your compare condition to use "Contains regular expression" rather than just contains.
