BIRT Report installed in JIRA does not work
Hi to All,
I have been trying to make BIRT Reporting in Jira to work in my prod env without any success.
The support I received from Kinto Soft (provider of the BIRT reports add on) was not very helpful.
I have purchased the SQl for Jira Driver and installed and installed the Eclipse BIRT for Jira. As far as I know I have met all the prerequisites for those two components.
The Eclipse BIRT for Jira add on is not working. I am stuck in the following page (the one that set the upload permission, which is crucial as it is this process that would allow me to upload the eclipse reports created in eclipse):
I have granted all the needed access to JIRA, I have followed all the prerequisites and the advised from the Kinto documentations without any luck.
Has anyone had this issue before?. I am at a loss, have uninstalled the addons and re installed and kept on having the same result.
